Dr. Zakiuddin Ahmed
President 

Dr. Zakiuddin Ahmed is a visionary strategist, healthcare entrepreneur, and advocate for patients’ needs, specializing in forging impactful partnerships and cultivating innovative, sustainable solutions in Healthcare. His focus centers on leveraging information technology to champion patient-centric care. His areas of expertise span eHealth, mHealth, Telemedicine,

Digital Health, Patient Safety, Healthcare Quality, Medical Ethics, Health Research, and Advocacy, alongside a profound grasp of Healthcare Leadership. Dr. Ahmed holds multiple esteemed leadership roles, including President at the Healthcare Quality & Safety Association of Pakistan (HQSAP), Secretary at the Health Research Advisory Board, and Vice Chairman at OPEN Karachi. He serves as the Country Representative for HIFA, a Special Envoy of ISfTeH Board, and a Steering Committee Member at the Leading Health Systems Network, Imperial College & WISH. Additionally, he directs the Institute of Leadership Excellence and chairs the International Conference on Patient Safety (ICPS).
He plays pivotal roles across organizations and companies, serving as Project Director at Riphah Institute of Healthcare Improvement & Safety, Riphah International University, Project Consultant for “Digital Health” at King Saud University in Riyadh, KSA, Director Digital Health at PharmEvo Pvt. Ltd, and CEO of both Medical Voice and Digital Care.

Dr. Nayyar Razvi

Nayyar Razvi : Chief Medical Advisor: A seasoned Chief Medical Officer renowned for leadership in North American telehealth. Dr. Nayyar has remotely assisted 25,000+ primary care patients in telemedicine and heads MD-Matrix, a cutting-edge healthcare technology firm. His expertise in telemedicine shaped a platform mirroring in-person visits. Based in 

Toronto, he practices primary care and specializes in chronic pain. Notably, he led the creation of the world’s first telemedicine technician program. With extensive experience in urgent care and 15 years in Toronto’s Emergency Room, he’s contributed significantly to AMG, North America’s largest telehealth network. Dr. Nayyar evaluates and implements new medical technologies into daily practice. Trained at the University of Ottawa, he completed his residency at McMaster University.

Notably, he directed HIV research and led ACGT Corporation, a leader in Canada’s 

DNA industry. Dr. Chen expanded ACGT’s reach by founding Haixing Biotech Inc. and Biostar Inc. in China. His achievements include being an esteemed guest at China’s 60th-year celebration and contributing to the Chinese Leadership Program, fostering innovation. Dr. Chen wields profound expertise and networks within China’s medical landscape, facilitating US medical product studies for FDA approval.

Gilbert Sharpe

Gilbert Sharpe, former Director of the Legal Branch at Ontario Ministry of Health, brings 40+ years of legal expertise to his boutique healthcare advisory service. A former partner at prestigious Bay Street law firms, he offers unparalleled insight into healthcare policy and regulation in Canada and globally. With extensive involvement in shaping crucial legislation,

he’s a sought-after resource for driving healthcare change. Internationally, he’s advised organizations like the World Bank and WHO, and holds professorships at esteemed institutions including the University of Toronto. As President of the Canadian Institute of Law and Medicine and Editor-in-Chief of Health Law in Canada, Gilbert is a prolific author and speaker.

Dr. Mpoki M. Ulisubisya

Dr. Mpoki M. Ulisubisya, MD, MMed, FCTACC(CIMS – Telangana) FCA ECSA, MBA, is a highly experienced anesthesiologist and critical care physician from Tanzania with over two decades of medical practice, education, and leadership. He held the role of Permanent Secretary of Health in the Tanzanian Ministry of Health, overseeing efforts to improve healthcare accessibility and quality. Dr. Mpoki has held 

prestigious positions including President of the Society of Anaesthesiologists of Tanzania and serves the College of Anaesthesiologists to the East Central and Southern Africa [CANECSA]. His extensive education includes a medical degree and residency from Muhimbili University College of Health Sciences, alongside further studies in Business Administration from Mzumbe University. Dr. Mpoki’s commitment to learning and teaching is evident throughout his career. He also served as the Tanzania’s High Commissioner to Canada, before re-joining the Jakaya Kikwete Cardiac Institute upon completion of his tour of duty.
